Sourcing Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing efforts for North American suppliers to ensure delivery, at the most cost efficient way for North American operations.
- Responsible start and develop selected suppliers.
- Handle product cost evaluation & perform feasibility study to ensure products and capacity meet standard requirements.
- Negotiate with prospective suppliers to achieve best quality and price.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement
- Knowledge of metals and plastics highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion to deliver excellent customer service
Salary / Benefits
$75k - $100k (based on experience)
