The Opportunity

Our client is a leading global manufacturing organization looking to bring on an experienced full-time Spare Parts Specialist to work with customers to process spare parts orders, order parts from vendors and manage all shipping and receiving.  The company is financially strong, values professional growth, offers industry leading benefits, and has a beautiful state of the art facility.  We have placed multiple people with this client and have received wonderful feedback regarding environment, stability, and career advancement opportunity. 

  • Process quotes & orders from customers, order parts from vendors and enter customer orders in ERP System
  • Work closely with customers regarding parts shipments and pricing
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Maintain proper levels of inventory
  • Help with importing & exporting of parts returns locations internationally

Experience needed
  • 3+ years of inventory management/shipping and receiving experience
  • Excellent oral, phone and written English communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Systems
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with LTL, FedEx and UPS shipping
  • Ability to lift 40Lbs


$25 - $26/hr (DOE)
