Talent Acquisition Recruiter
$24-26/hr depending on experience 
Hartford, CT (2 Month Contract)


The Recruiter will drive a sustainable recruitment and retention process by identifying staffing needs, full cycle recruiting, and maintaining a steady and strong pipeline of candidates for a variety of present and future job openings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop creative and effective recruitment strategies
  • Able to handle phone screens in high volume
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job specifications, write job descriptions, and identify staffing needs
  • Proactively source for candidates to fill current and upcoming staffing needs through outreach on job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment resources
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates and coordinate second round interviews with respective hiring managers
  • Accurately communicate responsibilities and other details on internal positions to candidates
  • Extend employment offers and lead negotiation processes
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Manage candidates’ information and status in applicant tracking system
  • Communicate with external parties for recruitment purposed such as staffing agencies, local colleges, networking organizations
  • Continuous process improvement
  • Other responsibilities as needed
