Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you love Talent Acquisition? Are you someone who loves to own the TA process and work with a talented group of people who love what they do?
Our client, a people first culturally aligned company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is driven, motivated, and creative.
Ideal candidate will work:
Hybrid Opportunity - 3-4 days on-site (White Plains location)
Travel to a variety of locations in the tri-state area monthly
Specialize in recruiting drivers, field operations, to management level roles
Have 5+ years or more of experience direct recruiting in diversified skillsets
Use creative and unique measures to attract hard to find talent
Attend job fairs, career fairs, technical events and direct recruitment methods
Strong utilization of social media

You will be rewarded with a wonderful group of invested people, strong management and mentorship, a great compensation package including a bonus.

Compensation up to $92,000 with bonus.
