Temporary Receptionist/Client Services Rep

Job Description
$17-18/ hr, depending on experience
30-37.5 hrs/ week
In partnership with a longstanding and reputable client of ours, we are looking to hire a Receptionist that is comfortable handling a high volume of calls from clients. The ideal candidate has experience working in the professional service industry and carries a welcoming and professional phone presence.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients through clear and prompt communication
- Provide clients with information on their insurance coverage
- Process claims and reimbursements for the client
- Manage client inquiries by phone, email, online, or in person
- Update CRM database accurately
- Escalate service issues to managers when needed
- Heavy scheduling of appointments for advisors and clients
- Administrative projects
- Other responsibilities as needed

Morrissey, Jake worked at Glastonbury Hills Country Club, where he used his strong work ethic and passion for building relationships to develop his skills in communication and customer service. Jake is a 2021 graduate from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources as well as a minor in Psychology.
