Job Description

Job Title: Entry-Level Test Engineer
Location: New Haven County, CT
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Range: $33 - $42 per hour (Depending on Experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Test Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering who are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and hands-on testing of advanced robotic systems.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of robotics systems, both at the PCB and device level
Develop and implement firmware routines to support testing and validation
Perform high-precision parametric measurements and dynamic signal analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug issues and refine designs
Document procedures, results, and system behavior clearly and accurately
Continuously seek improvements to testing processes and tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with electronic systems, signal processing, and measurement tools
Basic understanding of firmware development and embedded systems
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow
Curious, detail-driven, and enthusiastic about technology
