Pay: $80K-$110K Depending on experience
Travel to all locations mileage reimbursement

Our client has an immediate opening for a Wholesale Sales Training Manager. This family friendly firm has an outstanding management team who looks for candidates that want growth!
The Wholesale Sales Training Manager is responsible for developing and leading the Account Managers & Counter Sales team.
Responsbilities:
- Build and sustain training program to support sales teammates to achieve their goals
- Identify gaps in existing sales teammates’ skill set and create training to bring them up to the bar.
- Provide additional training/coaching for teammates who are not meeting expectations. Help branch managers determine if/when an exit plan is necessary.
- Continuous monitoring and communication to supervisor of sales numbers (meeting expectations/exceeding expectations, below expectations)
- Work with VP of Sales to determine individual sales goals.
- In collaboration with the VP of Sales and/or Marketing, implement product/vendor initiatives to drive growth/ create traction
- Ensure sales process utilization
- Work with Branch Managers, Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Showroom to eliminate the silo-ing of information or processes.
- With the help of Branch Managers, match customers with an appropriate account manager. Review account assignments regularly to ensure best fit.
Minimum 1 year in progressive position (2 years preferred)
Product/applications experience required
Wholesale distribution experience preferred
Must have Sales management experience
