HRIS Workday Analyst 

 

Provide the Technical support and Subject Matter Expertise in HRIS -Workday Software  Human Resource Management System (HRMS)  point person  for assigned areas with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

 

The Workday HRIS Analyst supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects to resolving HR issues  and system improvements.

 

Support  all Workday, applications, implementations and configurations including  System Maintenance.

 

Regularly collaborates with technical team with  application upgrades.

 

Runs queries regularly and trains and communicates with Managers and non-managerial staff.

Maintain HRMS system tables. 


Requirements: 

 

Minimum 3 years’ experience HRIS technical support. (HRIS WorkDay certified a Plus ) Or similar  HRIS software experience.

 

Understands Human Resources workflow process including Payroll, scheduling, Compensation, Benefits, etc...

 

Bachelor or Associates Degree or Technical Certification 

 

Advanced Technology skills using HRIS, ( Workday, PeopleSoft or similar Employee tracking systems), MS Word, Excel and similar

 

Possess maturity,  professionalism and displays proper communication and follow up skills. 

 

Ideal candidate will bring the required 3-5 years’ experience with a steady work history with the intent to add value to the organization and have a passion for solving problems and recommending solutions.

Salary:  Annually range $60-75K
